We encourage you to read this sizing guide to find the right sizing for you. Just find your regular clothing size in the chart and trace along to find your height and weight. Your size will be a letter in the table. Our tights are true to size, however, if you're between sizes, size up. Walcing Hosiery is made with Nylon and Spandex for comfort and durability for all day wear.
