Why Basics are our passion.

My partner and I were talking about how busy our brains have been with not only Walcing day-to-day business stuff, but the feeling we feel when we are out shopping for basic groceries, cleaning supplies, kitty litter and our everyday stuff.

Things are feeling elevated. Less connected. We found a love in getting together with friends again. Going on adventures. Going for a hike. Maybe a concert if our budget allows. We also decided to go back to basic common courtesy things for our fellow neighbors.

Recommend some music to a friend who you haven't heard from in a while.

Call a friend out of the blue. Talk about some fond memories.

Hold the door open for someone entering or leaving.

It just feels like we all need to take some deep breathes, realize what and who we have in our life, and just go back to relaxing a bit and enjoying our time on this rock we call earth.

So, this Blog post is called "Why Basics are our passion.", so here it is. Basics are just something that keeps you warm on a cold day. Basics should be the clothing that helps you move forward and feel confident in your day. Just because it is called "Basic" doesn't mean it's not meaningful or intentional.

We love style and we need comfort. That is why we are passionate about Basics.

Walcing is just an expression of our style. It's only two of us. We aren't rich. We are just trying to make a living doing what we love. Music. Art. People. Video. Photography. Travel.
